The existing mezzanine floor is used for storage and management offices. This entire space is being reconfigured to provide world-class amenity space, including a conferencing center, saunas and showers, a content creation studio, and ample seating for individual relaxation or collaborative group work.
At One Soho Square, we are in the process of constructing a new amenity facility in underutilized back of house space. This facility will include a large conferencing center with prefunction area, a content creation studio, saunas and showers, and plenty of quiet sitting areas for small break-out meetings or a place to take a coffee.
The new amenity space will take advantage of the existing architectural barrel vaults and create a comfortable space to escape from the everyday work routine. Here you can relax in a sauana, connect with coworkers in an intimate setting, or record podcasts to support your company’s brand awareness.
On the mezzanine level, where new amenities include the conferencing center, content creation studio, and saunas, you will be greeted by a juice bar and cafe seating. Here you can grab a coffee or fresh juice and relax after a trip to the sauna or before a meeting in the conference center.
The existing rooftop is being revamped with new pergolas to provide shade and wind protection, as well as new furniture, plants, and a roof top garden to supplement the already amazing views of New York City’s skyline.
One component of the amenity project includes the new pergolas for protection from the wind and sun on the rooftop. This already incredible space will be enhanced with new furniture, shade structures, and a new garden area for the cultivation of fruits and vegetables.
